Worked the agency side in Philadelphia, had his own boutique agency in New York City with clients like Business Week and Forbes magazine. Worked the client side as director of Sales and Marketing for the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia. Worked the farm side as a homeowner outside Lititz.

Before all that, Greg hired him for his first real job in account service at an ad agency in Lancaster. Matt agreed to rejoin him as his partner at Reese.
