Adelphi Kitchens and Cabinetry is a highly successful, 3rd generation family business and long-time client of Reese.

Over the years, Adelphi has been very successful in growing and maintaining market share with very little to no advertising, and the same corporate identification that’s been in place since the early '70s.

Like any smart CEO will tell you – you can’t get along on luck forever, which is why Adelphi agreed to allow us to revisit their corporate identity and marketing strategy.

We did a study of the design trends in kitchen and bath design and saw very quickly that Adelphi needed to bring their look into the 21st century or risk becoming completely irrelevant.

We also saw plenty of opportunities for them to get their name out to their key consumer and trade markets, without committing to the expense of traditional advertising.

We put together a plan, which included a complete overhaul of their web design; a dealer incentive program, which included co-op advertising and access to ready-made, on-brand advertising and collateral materials; and the support of a full-scale public relations campaign designed to grow with their budget over the upcoming years.

Adelphi rolled out their new look and incentive program to a surprised and ecstatic distributor network this spring. The results are not in just yet, but we’re confident they’ll be pleasing. After all, the number of dealers that signed up for the co-op program has already exceeded our expectations and we expect the sales to follow.
